How to Use the EDU-FREE Coupon

Students and trainees with an eligible school email address may be eligible for free access with the EDU-FREE coupon.

Before You Start

Use the same school email address for your BoardsVault account that you want to use for coupon eligibility. Some coupons may be limited to specific school domains such as wisc.edu or umich.edu.

Steps

  1. Create a BoardsVault account with your eligible school email address.
  2. Go to Settings and find the Subscription section.
  3. Enter EDU-FREE in the coupon code field.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Choose the plan you want.
  6. Confirm the discount in Stripe before completing checkout.

If a coupon is limited to specific plans, BoardsVault will disable plans that are not eligible and show which plan types the coupon supports.

If a coupon is limited to specific schools, BoardsVault checks the email domain on your account before allowing checkout.

If the Coupon Does Not Apply

Check that your account email uses an eligible school domain, that the coupon code is entered exactly as EDU-FREE, and that the plan you selected is eligible for the coupon.
