How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Manage subscription." You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period.

How do study plans work?

Study plans set a daily question target based on your exam date. You can create, pause, or adjust plans from your dashboard. Reminders help you stay on track.

Which exams are available?

We currently cover USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3. Specialty board exams are coming soon — check the Exams page for the latest list.

Will I lose my progress if I cancel?

No. Your performance data, bookmarks, and notes are saved even if you downgrade to the Free plan. You can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe.

What does priority support include?

Paid subscribers receive faster response times (typically under 48 hours) and direct escalation for account or billing issues.
