How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Manage subscription." You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
How do study plans work?
Study plans set a daily question target based on your exam date. You can create, pause, or adjust plans from your dashboard. Reminders help you stay on track.
Which exams are available?
We cover USMLE Steps 1, 2 CK, and 3 and ABA exams (ITE, Basic, and Advanced). After login, use the exam selector in the header to choose your active exam.
What USMLE-specific features are available?
USMLE users get predicted three-digit scores for Step 2 CK and Step 3 simulations, pass/fail estimates for Step 1, system and discipline performance breakdowns, and peer percentile rankings.
What ABA-specific features are available?
ABA users get ITE-style scaled scoring (1-50), content area performance breakdowns across five ABA domains, Basic vs Advanced item analysis, and training level percentile comparisons (CB, CA-1, CA-2, CA-3).
Will I lose my progress if I cancel?
No. Your performance data, bookmarks, and notes stay on your account even if you downgrade to the Free plan.
What does priority support include?
Paid subscribers receive faster response times and direct escalation for account or billing issues.
