BoardsVault is an online medical board exam preparation platform that provides question banks, study tools, and performance analytics. The Service is intended for educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

BoardsVault offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BoardsVault — including questions, explanations, images, and software — is the property of BoardsVault or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BoardsVault does not guarantee exam results or outcomes. Medical content is for educational purposes only and should not replace clinical judgment or professional medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardsVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
